Syntek Global has patented and developed a product for back up generators.  It was first used by the power company.  When the power company lost power the back up generators would start, however the generators would go out quickly.  Condensation and Rust created problems which also causd generators to stall and seize.  This was caused from the fuel separating from sitting for long periods of time.

Over time, Xtreme Fuel Treatment created a blending process with an OrganoMetallic “green product” to help the world run in times of crisis.  The past 22 years Syntek Global has marketed and sold the Xtreme Fuel Treatment exclusively to large industrial applications around the world.  The product is sold in large quantities to mining companies, electrical generating plants, hospitals, bus companies, luxury cruise lines, trucking, excavating companies, and municipalities in every corner of the world.

October, 2009, Syntek Global launched the company offering entrepreneurs an opportunity to cash in as distributors or factory reps marketing to businesses and consumers.  The company sells 55 gallon drums to 1/4 ounce single foil packets for the average driver.

First time in history a product has been offered to the public with a 22 year providing three feet of documentation of its effectiveness.  Syntek Global has invented several other products; Eco Mist, a waterless car wash saving the average consumer 140 gallons of water each year and Freez Point a product that is used in colder climates providing a “quick start” for diesel engines in cold weather.

John Winterholler – President & CEO

I had the opportunity to talk to the President of Syntek, John Winterholler. That was amazing because out of several years being in the mlm industry that has never happened. It is really great to pick up the phone and talk to all four partners knowing you are getting the honest truth and best way to build your business.

His background is impressive. John brings extensive management and leadership experience to the Syntek Global team. His resume includes executive positions in both publicly traded and privately held companies, with a specific background in the financial services and technology industries. John is a co-founder of the Strategic Leadership Partners, a management consulting firm specifically formed to assist companies in determining and adjusting their business strategies to achieve optimal results.

Curt Ence – Vice President, Product Research & Development

Curt Ence knows this product forwards and backwards and is Vice President of Product Research & Development. Curt brings years of management experience and entrepreneurial ownership of his own businesses to the Syntek Global team. He has built and sold his own companies, working in both the private and public sectors of business. He previously held the executive positions of both CEO and President.

His specific background is in accounting and business relations. He has also spent many successful years in the network marketing industry, reaching the top levels in the compensation plan. When speaking to Curt he is extremely knowledgeable about the product and how it all works together. Again, you can’t find a nicer person full of wealth and willing to share every ounce of knowledge he has with you.

Kirk Newman – Vice President, Marketing & Sales

Kirk Newman is head of marketing and has been a very successful mlmer himself. He taught me how to drive a line and how to build a business that is smart not hard. He spends energy helping be to become successful anytime I need it. Kirk brings his entrepreneurial expertise along with his network marketing background to Syntek Global.

He has successfully owned businesses involving the manufacturing and distribution of patented products. He is an expert in developing and implementing marketing plans to distribute products throughout the U.S. and internationally.

For years, he has been a successful networker, and as such, contributes his knowledge and success to the Syntek distributor field. Kirk took the time to meet with two of my prospects for several hours prior to a meeting he was attending. He is an incredible person with dedication and passion for this business and will teach you how to prosper in any economic time.

Joel Theler – Vice President, Distributor Relations

Joel Thieler is in charge of distributor support and is always available to fix anything. Joel brings leadership experience and the ability to communicate with distributors. He previously owned and operated a successful business and has an extensive background in computer technology, business planning, and marketing. Joel understands what it takes to be successful in the direct selling business having spent years building and maintaining a network marketing business himself, as a high level distributor. Joel has helped me move through mountains of red tape with the ease of pushing a button. He has always helped me every time I needed something and he did it in record time.
