These pistons are from a large mining truck company in Indonesia, PT PAMA, which has 15,000 hours of use. Notice the absence of carbon deposits. If you eliminate carbon inside a motor, you will have a 5% increased fuel efficiency.

PT PAMA is a very large mining company in Indonesia. Syntek Engine Boost is used in all company owned HD 785-5 Engines. the normal maintenance cycle required prior to engine re-manufacturing occurred previously at 15,000 hours or at 900,000 miles.
