Case Study – Use of Syntek Engine Boost 2.0 in a 2003 Toyota Corolla
This case study looks at the use of Syntek Engine Boost 2.0 over three months in a 2003 Toyota Corolla. After establishing a baseline of 24.9 MPG, the vehicle went through ten tanks of gas treated with Engine Boost 2.0. The average MPG increased +21%, with one tank up 49% over baseline. Use of Engine Boost 2.0 in this vehicle is generating a 409% return on investment and $400 in annual savings for the owner.

Independent Lab Test on Diesel Fuel
ASTM D86 & D1796 tests run on diesel fuel before and after using Syntek Engine Boost 2.0. The BTU/Gallon results show an increase in BTUs from 137,480 to 137,630 and from 137,420 to 139,620.This increase in BTUs results in a more complete and cleaner fuel burn.

Inspection Reports from Industrial Client
PAMA is a very large mining company in Indonesia. Syntek Engine Boost 2.0 is used in all company owned HD 785-5 Engines. The normal maintenance cycle required prior to engine re-manufacturing occurred previously at 15,000 hours or 900,000 miles.
This maintenance included replacing cylinder liners with new, expensive liners. After years of using Syntek Engine Boost 2.0 the regular maintenance schedule was changed from 15,000 hours to 25,000 hours before the total reconstruction of the
engine was required. Using Syntek Engine Boost 2.0 has kept the cylinder liners within nearly identical tolerances of new liners. Enclosed are inspection reports showing measurements of a new liner and a liner with 14,887 hours of run time.
Tolerances are within ‘new’ specifications. This, along with the cleanliness of the engine, has saved PAMA millions of dollars in maintenance expenses.

Stationary Fuel Consumption Test
Independent test to determine fuel consumption before and after using Syntek
Engine Boost 2.0. Baseline results were determined in five separate test prior to using the additive. Test results were determined as a weighted average of five separate tests after utilizing Syntek Engine Boost 2.0. An improvement of 8.2% was determined by these tests.

Vehicle Emmission Inspection Report
Vehicle Inspection reports detailing before and after test results using Syntek Engine Boost 2.0 for Arizona test # 7164692. The first test (conducted on 07/25) indicates a failure to pass the State mandated emissions test. After using Engine Boost 2.0 for approximately two weeks, the second test shows that the same vehicle received a “pass” result for the same test. This result was achieved without any other adjustments or repairs being made to the engine.
