15,000 HOURS ON THESE PISTONS—EXTENDED TO 25.000 HOURS

These pistons are from a large mining truck company in Indonesia, PT PAMA, which has 15,000 hours of use. Notice the absence of carbon deposits. If you eliminate carbon inside a motor, you will have a 5% increased fuel efficiency.
PT PAMA is a very large mining company in Indonesia. Syntek Engine Boost is used in all company owned HD 785-5 Engines. the normal maintenance cycle required prior to engine re-manufacturing occurred previously at 15,000 hours or at 900,000 miles.
The maintenance included replacing cylinder liners with new expensive liners. After years of using Syntek Engine Boost 2.0, the regular maintenance schedule was changed from 15,000 hours to 25,000 hours before the total reconstruction of the engine was required. Using Syntek Engine Boost 2.0 has kept the cylinder liners within almost nearly identical tolerances of new liners. Enclosed are inspection reports showing the measurements of a new liner and an older liner with 14,887 hours of run time. Tolerances are within “new” specifications. “Farmers Plant Food ran tests with Syntek fuel additive on our Cummis 6.0 diesel generator. This generator uses 5.06 gallons of diesel an hour. On the first test we added an 1/2 oz. of Syntek with 20 gallons of fuel. The generator used 4.4 gallons an hour on this first test. The second test we ran the same ratio of Syntek and had the same results. The generator used 4.4 gallons an hour, again. The third test we used 1/4 oz. of Syntek per 20 gallons and the results improved. The generator used 4.2 gallons per hour. The diesel consumption seems to improve with time.
We believe the testing that we ran is very accurate as there are no variables involved. The generator runs at the same rpm’s at all times, same electrical draw, no wind factors to be considered, no traveling up and down hills. Everything stays consistent when running this generator.”
